So here we are — the last day of 2014! I know I say this every year but, my goodness, where did this year go?!
As we look forward to a brand new start it’s only natural to reflect on the past year and what we’ve accomplished or er … didn’t accomplish. But as easy as it is to be hung up over the shoulda coulda wouldve’s of 2014 it’s always a little encouraging to think of the clean slate and new possibilities the welcoming of a new calender year brings.
As the wise Natasha Beddingfield once said “… the rest is still unwritten” and I plan to do a lot more writing.
When you’re about to start driving down a road adjusting your review mirror and looking back is essential to your successful movement forward.
So as I was scrolling through my blog archives it was so inspiring to see the evolution of my personal style over one year.
It’s obviously clear by my choices of my fave looks that I’m a major fan of tulle, polka dots and color and that will probably never change but I loved experimenting with new trends and looks incorporating more dark edginess to my classic feminine aesthetic. I’m definitely interested in seeing how my personal style continues to change and grow in 2015.
So take a looky look in my fashion rearview mirror of my favorite looks of 2014. Above each image is a link to the direct post.
As always thank you, to each and everyone of you that read or even peruse MCL. I appreciate you growing with me. I may not always respond to every comment or reply but just know that I love you guys and I’m just so appreciative for the love you show in return and for putting up with my musings.
Do ever do closet sales?
Where do you get your clothes?!
Love all of your looks. So many fun colors and textures.
