J’adore

Hi everyone!  Today is Friday (proceeds to wave hands in the air from side to side singing “hey, ho”)  I’ve been swamped at work lately but I was so thankful to be cancelled last night.  It gave me the opportunity to hang up my nursing scrubs and put on a skirt and feel like me again.  I met up with my brother for a quick bite and had just planned on throwing on a shirt and some shorts but I quickly felt like the outfit didn’t express the celebratory mood I was now in.  It called for a twirly skirt and I paired it with my new favorite “j’adore” graphic tee from the UK online retailer Yours Clothing!

I was super excited to try out their plus size line because 1) I’m always on the look out for new (or new to me) online plus size retailers.  2) Everything they have is super cute and they always have some type of sale running!  3) The story about Yours Clothing is totally inspiring.  Owner Andrew Killingsworth was a born entrepreneur and could have been successful in any area of commerce but he found himself drawn to consumers that are too often forgotten and dismissed instead of being catered to.  As the business evolved the mission behind Yours Clothing has remained the same — offer quality, stylish and affordable clothing in US sizes 12- 30 (UK Sizes 14-32).  I’m definitely a fan of any business person that can see the exponential growth and success in plus size fashion and as a fashion blogger I feel it’s important to share my fashion hits and misses and Yours Clothing is definitely a HIT!  I will be sporting another YC look soon so stay tuned!
