Life has been super busy and I apologize for the hiatus. February is just about over but bring on March Madness! I have a lot things planned and I don’t like to slow down when I am on a roll.
I tend to have two modes fast and hyperfast! It can be stressful and my social life might take a hit at times but I wouldn’t change anything. I have been fortunate to have a life filled with spiritual purpose, amazing people, relationships, and projects and have no reason to complain. But the hustle and bustle of my life can keep me from taking the time to enjoy the little things. That’s why at any free moment and when the weather is just right I try to get to a pretty park with a good book — a rare luxury for a night shift nurse. Right now I am re-reading one of my favorite modern novels called Juliet by Anne Fortier. It has a little bit of everything and still reads like a dramatic thriller. If you’re a fan of the famous Shakespearean literary couple that is Romeo & Juliette you will love this book.
My look for today was inspired by my style girl crush Olivia Palermo. She is always effortlessly, stylishly fabulous and perfectly dressed whether she is walking her dog on the streets of NYC or attending a haute couture event. I simply love her style and how she makes it look so easy.
