Dark Romance

Innocent white lace is given a dark romantic twist with the additions of deep merlot and violet accessories. 

I love the simple elegance of this oversized lace dress.  It’s not a typical silhouette you might see on a plus woman but I guess that’s why I love it so much.

We’re in the this awkward period of seasonal fashion where there are still peekaboo days of summer but we are clearly beyond the brink and well into autumn.  Some people have already have had their first snowfall!

So to keep up with the ever changing weather I took a spring/summer dress and made it wearable for autumn with the addition of the it color of the season.

Bordeaux, Merlot, Wine, Oxblood, Pomegranate whatever you want to call this deep burgundy color is everything!  And just know it’s going to be everywhere this season.  The key is to style it in a way that is completely your own.

I’ve opted to keep my accessories dark, monochromatic, feminine, romantic and a little vintage-esque to play up the lace.
