Looking for a way to transition your winter wardrobe into the new season? Try wearing a neutral monochrome outfit! The weather lately has beem giving us little moments of what is to come for Spring and I’m so here for it!
Don’t get me wrong, I love cold weather styling because you get to wear more layers and get creative with accessories and footwear. But there is just something so energizing about a season that’s all about coming alive and in bloom.
You might feel like it’s necessary to buy an entire new wardrobe for Spring to keep up with fashion trends and styles but in reality you can be ready for spring sporting items from last seasons fashions.
Don’t get caught up in the hype. I know it’s nice to have new things but I’m making a concious effort to wear more of the clothes I already own.
This look is a great example of how revamping your wardrobe can be done by shopping your closet and maybe adding one or two new pieces for Spring.
If I’m going to get anything new, I like to invest in pieces that will have long lasting wear power.
A new handbag, lip color or hair accesories can do the trick without breaking the bank.
I love this River Island woven embellished gingham tote. It’s a great statment piece that I know will get a lot of wear now and for the rest of the year because of it’s neutral color pallete.
Don’t stress about keeping up with trends. The classics are classics for a reason. A flowly skirt in a neutral color is a must have for any fashion girl’s. It’s a great solid base for an outfit in any season.
I worked around this main color and added this cream colored textured sweater from River Island as well and matched them with these old but cute that I forgot that I had from ShoeDazzle.
