This past weekend was such a whirlwind! I flew up to Boston to visit my BFF and to see the boyfriend, Justin Timberlake perform at Fenway Park —- just amazing… and for once I have no words — like literally I have no words because my voice is gone from screaming my unwavering love for JT. But the day before the concert another friend and I made the decision to hit up NYC for the day. I’m so glad we did. It was a perfect day to walk around the Big Apple and do some shopping. It’s almost August which means September is just around the corner and that means the return of football. Football in Jacksonville is kind of a big deal since we are the home of the Jaguars. I’m all in supporting your city’s athletic team but the Boston girl in me will always be a New England Patriots fan! Give me tulle and lace, ribbons and bows, just keep the glitter, sparkle and florals coming! I love being a girl and the little feminine touches that make dressing up so much fun. I’m a sucker for a lady like silhouette and this dress gives me everything that I need. It’s light and comfortable giving me movement and life! A few weeks ago I attended a fashion show sponsored by Anne Grimsley of Jacksonville’s AMG Uptown Salon. The show featured fashions for men and women in regular and plus size styles from local and international designers as well as some of my favorite looks from Ashley Stewart. The show was hosted by the fabulous Dwight Eubanks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and all ticket proceeds were to support HIV/AIDS Testing and Awareness. Can’t believe we are already in July!
