Things look a little different around here and I’m tickled blush pink to tell you all about it. I’m so excited about this new rebrand and can’t wait for you to visit and explore all of the, well… NEW! Let me tell you a little bit about it.
Some of you may have been around since the beginning to know the genesis of Musings of a Curvy Lady. I started my fashion blog in 2012 on my lunch break at the hospital on a simple little blogger account.
Never would I have imagined that nearly 9 years later, Musings of a Curvy Lady would become a resource and platform for women around the world to seek beauty, escapism and inspiration.
In those years a lot has happened. I became more serious about my blog and actively was working to transition it into a monetizing platform. I started a Facebook page. I grew my audience on Instagram. Started a Youtube Channel. Bought my first home. I’ve co-design pieces sold in Nordstrom. I even started a podcast. All while working a full time job as a nurse!
I’m tired of just thinking about the last nine years!
With all of that I wanted a beautiful place where all of my work could live, while staying true to my blogger roots, but also be a fun, interactive place where you would not only find what you’re looking for but be pleasantly surprised by discovering something you weren’t.
I worked with Smash Creative to develop a new website that would help me transition into this new part of my creative career. They helped me build a beautiful site that not only houses all of my musings and for every visitor to discover something new.

The Musings are the pillars of my inspiration and here you will find timeless ever green content that will answer some of my most asked questions from style, beauty to creating content. I will also be sharing a regular and new segment Monday Musings – 5 things that I’m currently loving.
Another feature I love is My Shop Page; it’s carefully curated for a unique boutique like experience.
What I’m probably most excited about is relaunch of the Stay Lovely Newsletter. It will go out biweekly and I share exclusive content, free downloadables and life updates, just for my internet besties. So make sure you sign up for it when you visit the blog.
I don’t want to give too much a way and give you a chance to explore the new site. I hope you love it, find beauty and feel seen. Can’t wait for you to stop by my little lovely corner of the internet.
It’s taking a long time for me to get here. There was just so much negativity surronding my last site and how it was developed and desperately needed a fresh clean, functional and pretty slate.
Through the blood, sweat and tears of this last year and half has taught me to stay in my lane, stay the course, stay focused, stay true to myself and as always …
