I honestly don’t know when millennial pink became a thing.  I mean this particular shade of pink has been around forever.  

It was called “Tickled Me Pink” in the highly coveted 96 count Crayola Crayon Box when I was a kid.  You know the one with the sharpener in the back.  

For as long as I can remember pink has always been my signature color (insert Julia Roberts as Shelby Eatenton from Steel Magnolias, circa 1989, and if you have no idea what I’m talking about please for goodness sake, GOOOGLE it!

A classic combo for cold weather style are knits and denim and for good reason.  These two styles will get the job done and keep you warm but offer a classic and effortless sense of chicness with some added accessories. 

Camel is the color of the Fall season and really can work well with a number of color combinations but I chose to keep the look feminine, warm and moody by adding a dark lip and handbag and closed it out with a classic leopard print pumps.

How incredibly cute is this skirt?!  I had literal heart eyes (insert heart eye emoji) when I first saw it!

I mean it’s THE lemon skirt or all lemon skirts and it happens to pair amazingly well with emerald green, making it the perfect colorful ensemble for the fun fashion extrovert.

Since you will be basically be impersonating citrus when wearing this skirt be prepared to be stared at.

Some people will dig it and others not so much…

I wore this fun fiesta off the shoulder dress while I was in West Palm Beach and it was the perfect ‘fit for frolicking for ice cream at Sloan’s Homemade Luxury Ice Cream.

It might be September but I’m still feeling the summer heat and this dress will be great to have for those warm Indian Summer nights.

Two weekends ago I visited my friends in West Palm Beach for a quick getaway.  So Flo stays hot and the trick about style and dress in these parts is too look like you’re on a permanent vacation.  Done and done.

Initially I’ve stayed away from the bare shoulder trend because I loath wearing a strapless bra but I’ve fallen in love with it’s relaxed, effortless feminine charm.

I’ve opted to wear a strapless bra with this number but you can also wear a regular bra with straps and just tuck the straps down so you don’t see them.

So Summer in Florida means hot days, afternoon storms, and humidity all the time.  So getting dressed can pose a dilemma because you typically have to choose between comfort and style.  

But this gingham print dress from Leota New York is perfect because it’s super cute and classic with it’s wrap design and the stretchy light fabric is beyond comfortable and will keep you cool and chic during those hot summer nights.
