We’re on the brink people!  I can see it!  Spring is almost here and it’s has me walking with a little extra bounce in my step. 

Keeping it casually chic may pose a challenge if you’re plus.  I feel as a community we tend to be more maximalist with our fashion choices – needing the extra pop and circumstance of an outfit to make ourselves look stylish.

Don’t get me wrong I love that pop and circumstance just because that’s me by nature but there is also this minimalist side of me that wants to look effortlessly chic without having my outfit announce it for me.

Cute and comfy: that’s the goal for my Saturdays and Sundays and I’ve mastered my weekender uniform with some essentials from Charlotte Russe.

Weekends are made to relax and take it easy so I try to incorporate that in my weekend wardrobe.  I try to go for laid back and easy going without looking too relaxed.  I still want to look put together.   There’s a big difference between casual and Netflix casual if you catch my drift.
