Initially I’ve stayed away from the bare shoulder trend because I loath wearing a strapless bra but I’ve fallen in love with it’s relaxed, effortless feminine charm.

I’ve opted to wear a strapless bra with this number but you can also wear a regular bra with straps and just tuck the straps down so you don’t see them.

I’ve been an MOH and a bridesmaid a few times to know what it really takes to style a stellar wedding party.

Some might think what’s the big deal. You wear a dress (one, that you will probably never, ever wear again), carry a bouquet and manage to walk down the aisle without falling flat on your face (think of the runway fiasco Carrie Bradshaw found herself in on SATC Season 4!)

But believe me, there is so much more to it than that.

This dress is simple and classic with it’s super flattering and flowy A-line silhouette.

The additional touches of the shirred shoulder details and flirty V-neck and a feminine and fun to great transitional piece for Spring.

ModCloth is a champion of all things cute and colorful and if you’re in need for a Spring dress that is going to make a statement it’s definitely the place to go.

I am absolutely obsessed with the ModCloth label. As you may know they launched their own private label last year and it’s truly made with their customers in mind.
