I usually style looks in my mind days before I actually get to shoot.  So when I got this perfectly polka dotted mustered gem from ModCloth I already knew how I would style it.

I’ve managed to style a look with some of my favorite things: food, flowers, polka dots and butterflies. 

Voodoo Vixen London sent me a few items from their new Plus Summer Collection and if you love vintage inspired dresses you’re going to love it as much as I do.  I definitely have a few faves from the summer collection including my outfit featuring the Cresida Cardigan and the adorable Jemima Dress.

There is no doubt that I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without my mother paving the way for me in so many ways.  She’s funny, hardworking, fearless, mild and quiet, but so smart and thoughtful.  A natural born leader; she could have easily been a lawyer or a politician but she’s always been a woman of God and only worked in order to provide for her 5 children.  She’s strong and resilient and seriously the kindest sweetest person you could ever meet.
