Billowy sleeves, neckties, floppy Panama hats, platforms and flares are just some of my favorite styles from 70s fashion that are making it’s way back to present day.  Charlotte Russe Plus is on trend with their latest arrivals full of 70’s style, swag and glam.   

I modernized a 70’s throwback — a neck tie blouse wearing it with a feminine lace flared mini dress.  I kept the throwback vibes going with an awesome vintage store find from a few years back.
