Incentives to working out for some may be that it helps to relieve stress or get/stay in shape.  My incentives are more vain I suppose.  I get to wear a cute outfit and sneaks!  So sue me that I like to do all things with style.  

I get to apply my sense of style as I do those tormenting thirty minutes of cardio and as I’m looking at my feet moving along on the treadmill I can smile because hey, I might not be the fastest chick in here but I definitely have the cutest Nike’s in this piece.
