Some days are just too gorgeous to waste being inside & even though I am not the outdoorsy type — I do enjoy being outside on a beautiful day. On this day I met up with two beauties, Brianna & Jessica.
They share my love for fashion, food and photography. We had such a good time goofing off (we caused quite a raucous among the park folk). We kept on being asked “Where are you ladies off to?” or “You look nice, where are you going?” But we didn’t have any particular reason to be in the park looking fabulous. Sometimes no reason at all is good enough reason to get dressed up and feel amazing. I do it all the time. It’s an instant mini makeover and who doesn’t like a good makeover!

Hello beauties! I’m so excited to share this post! I’m the ultimate girly girl — so my love of tulle, pleats, ribbons, bows, ruffles, pastels and little dogs are a given. So when I had the chance to have a mini photo shoot with a dear friend Carolina of Carolina Photography, I was beyond excited to create a pretty in pastel look.
This dress is so fun to wear and I love it even more because I bought it on sale from ASOS.com (Say, word!) ASOS is one of my favorite online shopping sites because they cater to curvy ladies! The plus size boutique called ASOS Curve (how fitting) is very versatile. They have a galore of charming pieces that can be incorporated into anyone’s wardrobe. The prices are seriously amazing so sale prices usually cause me to scream or do my little happy dance.
